For Foreign patients who wish to visit our hospital
Please provide a photo ID (such as a driver’s license, residence card, or passport) along with your health insurance card for verification.
At our clinic, we will ask to verify a photo ID and health insurance card when you apply for treatment.
If we are unable to verify your identity using a photo ID, we may refuse treatment, except in emergency cases.
Reason
- To verify the identity with a photo ID and prevent serious accidents caused by patient misidentification.
- As recommended by the Immigration Services Agency, we are advised to confirm the residence status.
For those who do not have a health insurance card
Please be aware that, as the treatment is self-paid, the cost of X-rays and CT scans may amount to several tens of thousands of yen.
If hospitalization or surgery is required, a deposit equivalent to the estimated cost will be required in advance.
